Hello Everyone!

I'm sorry I have not been posting over the last few months. Please forgive my extended absence as I was dealing with some health issues. My medications for diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol had to be adjusted. I also had a couple of surgical procedures, but the polyps that were found in my colon and uterus were not cancerous. It took time to get back on my feet after all this. Thank you for your understanding.
